主 题: Intelligent pricing decision support systems with application to energy demand management
内容简介:The first pricing decision support system appeared in 1985 and today this is a very active research and application area cross almost all industries. This talks will start by introducing all three types of pricing problems which are one-to-many pricing such as retail pricing; many-to-one pricing such as auction pricing, and one-to-one price such as negotiation pricing. Then the talk will present the general approaches used by pricing decision support systems to solve these problems. After that, the talk will focus on the application of these approaches to develop the real-time smart pricing to the energy demand and supply side management based on smart grids and meters, including how energy customers can utilize the smart meters to minimize their energy bills, how retailers can learn the customers’ behavior from smart meter data and optimize their prices to maximize their profits, and how the new whole market mechanism can be designed to balance the demand and supply in order to achieve a win-win outcomes for energy customers, retailers and suppliers. The talk will end with the list of future research topics.
